Another year has passed by, and we start our 30th year in business. All of the people of Jim McCarthy Adventures were checking out areas for our clients. Denny Feerrar and wife, Donna were in Zimbabwe and experienced some shortages, but the hunting was outstanding. All the people in his party took fine animals.
Cliff Bergman always goes north into Canada and reports very good hunting for whitetails. Ed Folk is our newest member of the team, and is a top fisherman. He took a group to Quebec, Canada and they had a good trip. Also, Ed was in Florida and had some excellent fishing for largemouth bass and peacock bass. Be sure to check out our fishing packages.
I was in Africa again in June, my 24th trip to this great continent. Maryann and I were in South Africa, Namibia and Zimbabwe. We visited with old friends and also checked out new hunting and photographic areas. Our hunting areas are the best Africa has to offer, and if you just want photo trips to Africa, there is nothing better than what we have. Our camps are small – no mass production deals like in Kenya – you get great service and see lots of animals.
Many of our trips will be shown on OLN TV (now Versus). This fall and winter at least 12 different shows will be shown, including the Complete Dangerous Game Series, World of Beretta, Ruger, and others.
Ed Folk,of Jim McCarthy’s Adventures was in Mexico checking out the fishing for bass and also the great wing shooting. His report was great – everything was top of the line. Our Team of Jim McCarthy, Denny Feerrar, Cliff Bergman have been checking out hunting and fishing area’s all over the world for 30 years.
